Does anyone know where the best nightlife is in Saigon, Vietnam?

I am thinking about heading to Vietnam in a few months for a vacation. I know Vietnam has great beaches but I’m also looking for a great place to party and meet some exotic ladies.
Plenty of nightlife in Saigon and plenty of women , if you are looking for something similar to Bangkok then there is Vung Tau which is a short hydrofoil journey from Saigon . Vung Tau has beaches but not that good back beach being the best . There is also Nha Trang which is full of nightlife and plenty of women with good beaches . The best beaches in Vietnam must be Mu Nei (Phan Thiet) but it is pretty quiet as regards nightlife .
Did any Soviet foot soldiers help Vietnam during the war with America?

Surely Vietnam is good but I recommend you korea. The Arabian Nightclub, Chuncheon, Kangwon province, Korea. There are always many girls waiting for good guys.

in sai gon, on and around "de tham street".. but no beaches there.. for that go to nha trang.. the tourist area on "nguyen thien thuat", "biet thu" , "huong vuong" streets and of course down by the beach , you will find many great night spots..
