How can i get Visa to Canada in Vietnam?

Hi, I need a student visa (to study in Canada). I’m planning to stay for a year (until summer vacation). I’m currently in Vietnam right now and don’t know how it works here. Can anyone provide me information please?? this is very urgent 
Pay you tuition and get the receipt, then buy a return ticket.
Apply a student visa from the Canadian Embassy, also show they you have enough money to spend while you are in Canada.

You need to apply to the nearest Canadian Embassy. You’ll need a valid passport in order to do so as well
