How much money would a weeks vacation in Vietnam be with flight, hotel, etc. for 3 adults?

I really want to go to Viet Nam. Who flies there?
The flight ticket alone is around $1500 @EVA Airline for economy seat. Hotel??, depend where and how many star you want. 5 stars can be as much as $200/night in Ho Chi Minh City. Local hotel around no more than $20/night..
Food, shopping and taxi..ect..for 3..no more than $10k total..
See you this Christmas in Vietnam..
