I got a fight during my travel to Vietnam. Need help how to deal with government and claim my right ?

During my stay in Vietnam Vacation, it’s was not how amuse me as i may think. Every day i ran into chaos like accidents happen ,thief and gangsters everywhere. However i was one of their victim, they started to argue with me for while and assault like 3 to 1. I’m very angry and go to police station near by to tell about it. However the police was already bribe by those guy ,i heard 1 guy is the richest in those area.
You don’t have any rights, it’s their word against yours and who do you think is going to win? Just be happy you’re still alive.
What body gestures are considered offensive in India and Vietnam?

yep they ussually bribe the police
but you should try to bribe them more money by saying to them how much he pay you i will add 5dollars to that well mostly perfer you exchange that dollar into dong
